So my plan to try to document my Australia and New Zealand trip via this blog didn’t pan out so well.  I’m already back and obviously I didn’t any of it done.  All I have to say about it though is that I couldn’t possibly say in words how freaking awesome the three weeks was.

Anyways, I’ve also decided it’s time to take down gravydave as I’m not doing a very good job with keeping it up to date anymore.  If you’d like to still see more of the life of dave — feel free to befriend me via Facebook.  (Plus you’ll see all the awesome pictures from my trip)

So I’ve decided to just get rid of old Gravydave and try out something new.  I figured I’d switch from Movable Type to Wordpress while I’m at it.   So far, I likey.  I threw this theme and background picture up real quick and will eventually change it all to something new — as soon as i figure that out.

Sorry for the lack of updates — it was one of those things where I didn’t want to post anything if I knew I was just gonna wipe everything before to begin with — that and I’ve been busy

In other news — I leave for Australia and New Zealand in officially two weeks.  In true Dave fashion, I am nowhere near prepared.   However, redoing the website was also in preparation of the trip so that I can write about it during my three weeks there (yay wordpress for iphone).

I haven’t been super excited about going — it just hasn’t hit me yet.  I’m sure it will come next week when I realized I still haven’t finished me “things to do before I leave the country” list.
